On behalf of the company, we now invite a bright senior professional to join a highly skilled engineering team in the position of: TPS Design Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Report to the Design Manager (or as defined in the agreed organization chart between the Employer and the ENE Contractor) on all TPS-related issues.
- Lead the development of TPS technical specifications in line with project and contractual requirements.
- Manage and supervise a team of TPS Designers in the development of both generic and detailed TPS designs.
- Ensure full compliance of TPS designs with project requirements, applicable standards and technical specifications.
- Review, maintain and continuously improve TPS-related standards, methodologies and internal procedures.
- Plan, organize and oversee the preparation, review and approval of TPS design documentation.
- Manage assigned subcontractors, partner companies and suppliers involved in TPS design and delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent relevant field).
- Proven experience as TPS Design Manager (or equivalent senior role) within the last 10 years.
- Professional experience on at least one railway project.
- English at C1 level (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of TPS systems and standards within railway or similar large infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability to develop optimized, cost-effective and reliable TPS solutions.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including coordination with clients, suppliers and internal interfaces.
- Proactive, communicative and open-minded approach to work, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
What We Offer:
- Monthly gross salary starting from €6,000 up to €8,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Long-term project role with an expected duration of up to 15 years.
